Pendant and ceiling lights

Vintage and industrial pendant lights for kitchens, dining rooms, hallways and living rooms. Choose a single pendant on fabric or twisted cable, a 3-light bar or round plate over a dining table, a cluster or spider pendant with long swag cables, or a crystal chandelier.

Plug-in pendant lights

Plug-in pendant kits come with a UK plug and a long cable, many with an inline dimmer or switch, so a light can be hung from a ceiling hook without new wiring. Hardwired pendants connect to a ceiling rose and should be fitted by a qualified electrician.

Shades, finishes and bulbs

  • Shades: many pendants can be ordered without a shade or with a flat cone, curvy, dome, cage, glass or hemp rope shade.
  • Finishes: black, white, chrome, copper, rose gold, yellow brass, green brass, brushed silver and French gold.
  • Bulbs: most fittings take an E27 bulb and can be ordered with or without one. Decorative filament bulbs such as ST64, T130 and G95 suit open holders and cage shades – see LED bulbs.
