Shipping and Returns
Delivery information
- Standard delivery is £2.69 on orders under £30, and free on orders of £30 or more. It usually arrives in 2-4 working days.
- Express delivery is £4.69 and usually arrives in 1-3 working days, sent via Parcelforce 24.
- Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Otherwise we dispatch within one working day of your payment clearing.
- Parcels are sent by Royal Mail, Evri or Parcelforce. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- We ship to the delivery address you give us at checkout.
If your parcel does not arrive
- Please contact us and we will chase it with the carrier.
- We arrange a replacement once the carrier confirms the item is lost, which is normally 14 days from dispatch.
- We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Damaged items
- Every order is checked and packed before it leaves us.
- If something arrives damaged, please send us a photograph of the damage. Our couriers require proof of damage for a claim, and it helps us send the right replacement.
- Where a replacement is needed, the original item may need to be returned first.
Returns and refunds
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Return the item to us unused within 30 days and we will issue a refund.
- If the item is faulty, we cover the return postage.
- If you simply no longer want it, return postage is paid by you.
- Please return items using a tracked or recorded service.
